Infractions

Punish staff members using action workflows and more.

Infractions allow you to manage your staff members more efficiently, while integrating with established modules such as Quota and Staff Database.

Infraction Approval

Use approval workflows when infractions need a second staff member to review and approve the action before it is sent or applied.

How to set up approval

  1. On the Infractions settings page, press the Infraction Approval button to open the approval menu.
  2. Select a channel on the approval settings page. This is required and is where the approval message will be sent.
  3. Optionally select an Approval Ping role. Members with this role will be mentioned in the approval message.

Note: The approval channel is required. The Approval Ping role is optional.

Actions & Types

Configure different infraction types with their own destinations, permissions, role changes, and escalation rules.

How to configure types

  1. On the Infractions settings page, press the Infraction Types button.
  2. Click Add in the Infraction Types menu.
  3. Enter the name of the infraction type in the modal and save it.
  • Send to channel — override the default infraction channel for this type.
  • Required Permissions — require additional permissions before the type can be used.
  • Use Hierarchy (Premium) — use the Hierarchy configuration to allow demotions.
  • Remove Roles — select Discord roles to remove from the staff member.
  • Give Roles — select Discord roles to give to the staff member.
  • Escalate — move to another infraction type when the action reaches a chosen threshold.
