Terms of Service

You may use the SafeNet Secure website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the service to harass, defame or endanger any person, or to make decisions that unlawfully discriminate against any individual or community.

The website provides a read-only lookup that reports whether a Discord user or server currently carries a publicly viewable SafeNet Secure flag. Results reflect only information that SafeNet Secure has explicitly marked as public and may change at any time. The service does not allow you to create, edit or remove flags.

To protect the integrity and availability of the service, we employ technical measures including validation, rate limiting and burst protection. We may restrict or block access that we reasonably believe to be abusive, automated or intended to circumvent these protections.

Lookups are subject to per-IP request limits. Exceeding these limits results in temporary throttling with an HTTP 429 response. Limits may be adjusted at any time without notice.

You may not scrape, harvest, bulk-download or otherwise systematically extract data from the service. Only exact, single-ID lookups are permitted. Bulk lookups, wildcard queries, enumeration and any attempt to retrieve multiple records in a single request are strictly prohibited.

The SafeNet Secure name, branding, website design and underlying systems are the property of SafeNet Secure and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works without permission.

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Lookup results are provided for informational purposes only and without warranties of any kind. SafeNet Secure is not liable for any actions taken in reliance on lookup results. You are responsible for independently verifying information before acting on it.

We may update these terms and the service from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
